Home Equity Lines of Credit and Home Equity Loans
Depending on how long you’ve lived in your home, you may have a huge stack of cash you didn’t even realize you had. It’s called Equity. This is money that could be used for a new addition, college tuition, major purchases or a vacation.
We have two ways you can turn equity into cash: fixed-rate Home Equity Loans and variable-rate Home Equity Lines of Credit. Both are available up to $100,000. These loans come with a distinct tax advantage over regular consumer loans. Interest payments may be tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for details.
Construction Equity Loan
Borrow as you build! This special loan is just the ticket if you’re building your own home, or if the property you want needs renovations or alterations before you move in! Here’s how it works. We’ll appraise the value of the property based on the finished work, according to your building specs. You can borrow up to 80% of the appraised value and receive the money in three disbursements during the construction process.

The Share-A-Matic Personal Insurance Plan qualifies our members for 10% account credit on homeowner’s insurance.
